摘要

Abstract

According to the physical and chemical environment, this paper separates and selects 8 stems of facultative anaerobic bacteria from hundreds of oil bearing sewage and performs a systematic performance evaluation and effect evaluation of the physical simulation experimental displacement efficiency with long tube filling oil sand. The experimental result shows that the selected stems of bacteria can grow with oil as the only carbon source in anaerobic condition and has the effect of degrading oil, reducing oil viscosity, producing active matter and decreasing interfacial tension. Core displacement experiment shows that microbial flooding can improve recovery by 10%.
