摘要

Abstract

This paper gives the key structural parameters of railer number, roller spacing, railer diameter of straightening machine for conducting bar and the accurate theoretical solutions to the adjustable railer bending deflection in the straightening process. MATLAB software is used to design the railer number and bending de-flection in the straightening process, greatly simplifying the design calculation. This work provides guidance for the design and research of the same type section-straightening machine.
