A Method for Constructing Perfectly Consistent Judgement Matrix in AHP
摘要
Abstract
For AHP,a new method to construct a perfectly consistent pair-wise comparison matrix is proposed. This consistent pairwise comparison matrix from a not necessarily consistent matrix is practical, which includes all the judgement preferences of the decision-maker, and doesn't require any test of consistency. And the reasonable decision can be received from this perfectly consistent pairwise comparison matrix.关键词
