Concomitant Cisplatin and 5-Fluorouracil with Veinal or with Oral High-Dose Leucovorin in Treatment of Patients with Advanced Nasopharygeal Carcinoma
目的：对比观察静脉及口服大剂量醛氢叶酸（HDCF）、5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）、顺铂（DDP）联合化疗对晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法：1997年1月至1999年12月间，53例经病理证实的晚期鼻咽癌患者，非随机分为PFL1组28例（按静脉HDCF/5-FU＋DDP方案化疗），PFL2组25例（按口服HDCF/5-FU＋DDP方案化疗）。结果：PFL1组完全缓解(CR)率、有效率分别为17.9％、64.3％；所有病人随访至1999年12月止，已…查看全部>>
