Abstract
Four near-isogenic lines which contained rht,Rht1,Rht2,Rht3 respectively wereused for polymorphic analysis at molecular level by RAPD technique.Out of 296 10-meroligonucleotide primers screened,25 showed polymorphism among near-isogenic lines.During 6 repeat tests of these primers,18 could not give the repeat results,6 could repeat 2 to 3 times,only primer OPAM011860 could be identified as a RAPD marker linked to rht gene in wheat.关键词
