粘附分子E-cADHERIN和CD44v6表达与肺癌淋巴转移的关系
The relationship between expression of cell adhesion molecules E-Cadherin and CD44v6 and lymph node metastasis in lung carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between expression of cell adhesion molecules E-Cadherin and and lymph node metastasis in lung carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method had been used to detect expressions of E-Cadherin and in 63 primary lung cancer tissues and 41 metastatic lymph nodes. Results The positive rate of expression in metastatic lymph nodes was 85.37 % (35/41), which was significantly higher than that in primary spots( P < 0.05). Either E-Cadherin or was distinctly correlated with lymph node involvements in lung cancer(P<0.05 and <0. 001 respectively). The sensitivity and the specificity of E-Cadherin abnormal expression positive expression, parallel and cascade test in diagnosing lymph node metastasis of lung cancer were 63.41% and 63.64%, 85.37% and 77.27%, 87.80% and 59.09%, 60.98% and 81.18%, respectively. Conclusion These results indicate that the E-Cadherin and CD44v6 play an important promoting role in lymph node metastasis in lung cancer.关键词
