Performance of Grain Subsidies Policy and Patterns Innovation of Grain Progressive Subsidies in China
摘要
Abstract
The paper firstly expound the performance of the grain producers' subsidies policy since it replaced the distribution subsidies policy in China in 2004, these performance are increasing farmer incomes, promoting grain production and ensuring grain security. Secondly, we analyze the limits of this new subsidies policy considering the actual grain producers' planting acreage and the grain producers selling without taking to account the present seeding acreage and price of grains. Finally, we recommend implementing progressive subsidies policy for grain producers concerning the grain producers' planting acreage and the sell of grains.关键词
