Abstract
Fen river is the mother river which Shanxi people's life is depending on. The middle Fen river area is one of the most developed region of Shanxi economy and the provincial center of politics and culture. However, there are issued of different seriousness in flood prevention, water supply, water environment, ecology and others. Aimed at the existing issues and through a series of measures as scientific and rational improvement of flood prevention system, construction, reconstruction and enlargement of water supply project, protection of water pollution, improvement of ecological environment and so on , it is sure that the middle Fen river region will bring evident integrated benefit of economy, society and environment to the people on both sides, and promote regional sustainable development in society and economy.关键词
