Abstract
Base on the relevant datum of the using condition of soil and forest in Hunan province, the role of regulation of soil and forest on water resource was analyzed in detail from three aspects in this paper, which are the effect of soil and forest on rain and runoff、quantity and manner of regulation on water resource、role of regulation of soil and forest on water resource. It showed that: Soil and forest can regulate water resource, and the potentiality is very large .If we have reasonably used the soil reservoirs and forest, it can conserve soil and water and decrease erosion, always can reduce the flood peak and decrease natural disasters.关键词
