全球性金融危机给中国制造业带来前所未有的挑战,促使企业加快发展方式的转型,体现在用工模式上.企业必须由"劳动力密集型"向"技能型"的用工模式转化.这一转化将加剧职业技术人才的供需失衡,导致低技术工人失业和高技能人才短缺的双重问题.应对金融危机下职业技术人才需求的失衡问题是一项系统工程,需要政府、企业、职业教育机构等共同采取行动,推动我国职业技术人才队伍总体层次和结构的提升与优化.
Global financial crisis brought huge challenges for manufacturing industry in China, which impeled enterprises to transform development mode, and the employment mode of enterprises must transform from labor intensive model to skilled model.
