苏州工业园区社会保障制度建设的实践与意义
Experience and Value in Social Security System of Suzhou Industrial Park on Singapore Model
摘要
Abstract
Based on introducing the characteristics of the Singapore Central Accumulation Fund system, this article has summed up the experience with the implementation of the social security system of Suzhou Industrial Park on the Singa-pore model from such aspects as the system source, theory, philosophy and its practice. At the same time, the article has made some analysis on the value of this social security system from three aspects, that is, the drive to boost the eco-nomic development of the industrial park, the exemplary meaning of the social security system and the meaning of the pi-lot project of the reform of the social security system. A conclusion has been arrived at that the social security system in our country can not "make it rigidly uniform" and should make full use of the experience of other countries for refer-ence.关键词
