摘要

Abstract

The influence of sodium lignosulfonate (SL) on the rheological characteristics of coal-water suspension was investigated by the way of rheological measurement for the demand of application, including SL concentration, molecular mass, temperature, pH and the rheological characteristics comparison of SL and NDF. Results show that the excessive SL induces the viscosity increase when the maximum is more than 0.8 wt%.The fluidity of suspension doesn't increase with the increasing of the relative molecular mass. The fraction of 10000~50000 has a better effect on the suspension fluidity. The suspension blended with SL only reaches the best viscosity-decreasing effect at the temperature of 60 ℃. Apart from that point, the viscosity will increase. A weak basic environment of pH=9 is the profitable to exert the dispersing property of SL The preshearing experiment indicates that the viscosity added SL increases with the time prolonging.
