摘要
Abstract
This paper presents the hot-blast technology of gas producer. The separated heat exchanger with heat tube is applied to recover waste heat of gas at 550 C. The air used as gasification agent is preheated to raise its saturated temperature and reaction temperature of the oxygen zone in producer. It is shown that the reaction process of generating gas is improved and the calorific value and output of the gas are increased by 7% and 30% respectively through the production.关键词
