Tip-Edge技术治疗成人安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合软组织变化的研究
The study of the soft tissue cephlometric change in Angle
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the soft tissue profile changes in the AngleII1 adult cases with Tip-Edge appliance. Methods 13 Angle Ⅱ1 cases were choses as study sample (average age was 24.3) and treated with Tip-Edge appliance.According to Arnett analysis methods,cephalograms were analyzed before and after treatment. Results The upper and lower incisors were significantly retruded (P<0.01) , ULA-TVL reduced 2.14 mm (P<0.05),LLA-TVL reduced 2.56 mm (P<0.001),the ratio of upper incisor and lip retrusion was 1.74∶1.The distance between upper and lower lips was reduced,at the same time,the length of upper and lower were increased. Conclusion Tip-Edge appliance can effectively improve the soft tissue profile of Angle Ⅱ1 adult patients.关键词
