Esophageal Cancer Patients Treated with Radiotherapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the influence of hemoglobin level on the prognosis of 84 advanced esophageal cancer patients treated with radiotherapy.Methods From May 1994 to April 1997,84 cases with esophageal cancer were treated with radiotherapy alone.Retrospective analysis was performed using the Kaplan?Meier method.Results The survival rate and local control rate were significantly lower in the patients who had hemoglobin＜110 g/L than those ＞110 g/L(P＜0.05).Conclusion The lower hemoglobin level indicates the unfavorable prognosis for the patients with esophageal cancer treated by radiotherapy.关键词
