论城镇化建设与耕地保护——以长沙县为例
On Urbanization Construction and Cultivated Land Protection——A Case Study of Changsha County
摘要
Abstract
The industrialization and development level in a country are measured by the urbanization level.In the pro-cess of urbanization, we must occupy a large mount of arable land. Therefore, comprehend the relationship between ur-banization and arable land protection correctly is significant to use and deploy land resources reasonable, also to promote the urbanization.The sticking point of the process is protecting arable land conscientiously and effectively. On the basis of urbanization, this paper analyses the problems exist in process of arable land protection through three part: the contradic-tion between population grow and capital arable; the influence of urbanization to the fabric of arable land resources; land management and land resource development, according to these sections, the paper proposed a series of countermeasures which including fix reasonable urbanization developing strategy in rural, improve the protection sense of arable land, build the arable land protection mechanism, establish the warning and monitoring system etc.关键词
