中华鳖“腐皮病”病原的研究

摘要
Abstract
Strain B-1 was isolated from the liver of diseased Trionyx Sinensis.After artificial infection by the strain B-1,100% of Trionyx sinensis diseased and out came the similar characters of natural diseased ones.It proved that strain B-1 was the pathogens of “Skin-rotting”disease. According to the morphological features of bacterium,cultural performances,physio-biochemical reactions and detection of pathogenic factors,strain B-1 had been identified as Aeromonas hydrophila.关键词
