拉玛泽减痛分娩法对分娩影响的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Lamaza method of childbirth and explore the feasibility of training efficiency, promoting natural delivery. Methods 184 pregnant volunteer received the training of Lamaz method of childbirth were choose to the study group, other 186 pregnant women who had not received the training were choose to the control group. Compare the level of pains, total labor process and result of the delivery in tow groups. Results There are very significant difference in total labor process, puerperal hemorrhage and asphyxia neonatorum between tow groups (P<0.05), but there was no difference in the pains. Conclusions Lamaza method of childbirth can short the total labor process, reduce the puerperal hemorrhage, decrease the ratio of asphyxia neonatorum and abdominal delivery for social facts, keep the health of the mother and the newborn baby.关键词
