Abstract
This paper gives an overall solution to main problems of managing open computer laboratories. It then introduces the design and implementation of a Comprehensive Management Information System (CMIS) using the technologies of networking, IC card and CAI. Such a system achieves scientific and automatic management of laboratories.关键词
