脉络宁对早期糖尿病肾病患者血浆内皮素和血小板功能的影响
Effects of Mailuoning injection on plasma endothelin levels and platelet functions for the patients with early stage diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
To study the effects of Mailuoning injection on the patients withearly stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods:The levels of plasma endothelin-l(ET-1) and urinary albumen excretion rate(uAER) were determined by radioimmunoassay andthe levels of plasma granule membrane protein (GMP-140), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-PGF1α were determined by Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay in 136 patients with diabetic nephropathy (86 treated by Mailuoning as R2 group and 50 by thegeneral treating method as R1 group) with 26 healthy subjects as control. Re. sults: The levels of plasma endothelin-1, granulemembrane protein and thrornboxane B2 in the patients with diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher than those in the control.In R1 group plasma ET-1 levels decreased, but the levels of plasma GMP-140, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α and uAER remained unchanged. In B2 group, uAER and levels of Er-1, GMP-140 and TXB2 all decreased. Cornclusion: The changes are closely associated with progression and development of diabetic nephropathy. Mailuoning can decrease plasma endothelin levels and blood plateletfunctions, so it is effective in treating early stage diabetic nephropathy.关键词
