Abstract
Objective:To study the correlativity between TIMI (the Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction) risk score and narrow severity, pathological changes limits and character of coronary artery respectively and to explicit the value of coronary artery pathological change evaluated with TIMI risk score.Methods:All of 126 patients with CAD were enrolled in study. TIMI risk score and coronary artery angiographic in them were performed respectively. Correlativity between TIMI risk score and narrow severity, pathological changes limits and character of coronary artery were analyzed; areas under of the ROC (resident operation character) of TIMI risk scores were compared among narrow severity, pathological changes limits and character of coronary artery; the value of coronary artery pathological change evaluated with TIMI risk score.Results:TIMI risk scores significantly correlated with narrow severity score, pathological changes limits and character scores of coronary artery respectively. TIMI risk score increased company with severity of coronary artery pathological changes advancing. The areas under of ROC(resident operation character) of TIMI risk score for narrow severity was largest. Areas under ROC of TIMI risk score for coronary artery character was least. Significantly difference were found when compared specificity between areas under ROC of TIMI risk score for narrow severity and pathological changes limits as well as coronary artery character (P<0.05).Conclusions:TIMI risk score could be used to evaluate severity of pathological changes character of coronary artery. TIMI risk score have bigger value in evaluating coronary narrow severity than in evaluating pathological changes limits and coronary artery character..关键词
