一株硫氧化细菌的分离与鉴定
ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF A SULFOR-OXIDIZING BACTERIUM
摘要
Abstract
A strain of photosynthesis bacteria was isolated from river backwater and sludge, and identified as Thiocapsa roseopersicina according to the structure of cells, biochemistry and physiology characteristics. The organism can grow photoautotrophically oxidizing sulfide to elemental sulfur which is then stored as g1obules inside the cell. Many kinds of small molecular organic acids can be used by this organism. It can grow under anaerobic condition in the light and aerobic condition in the dark.关键词
