荞麦叶提取的总黄酮对高脂血症大鼠血管活性物质的影响
Effect of total flavones of buckwheat leaf on vasoactive substances in rats with hyperlipidemia

Abstract
BACKGROUND:Research has shown that buckwheat seed has been widely applied in lowering blood lipid, blood pressure, and in preventing and treating diabetes.But studies on the influences of buckwheat leaf on vasoactive substances have not been seen untill now.OBJECTIVE:The influences of total flavones of buckwheat Ieaf(TFBL) on vasoactive substances in experimental rats with hyperlipidemia were studied.The possible mechanism of regulating blood lipid and anti-atherosclerotic (AS) of TFBL was explored.DESIGN:Completely randomly controlled experimental study.SETTING, PARTICIPANTS and INTERVENTIONS:Participants were from the Department of Pharmacology, North China Coal Medical College and the Department of Isotope, Affiliated Hospital of North China Coal Medical College.A total of 30 SD rats, cleaning grade Ⅱ, weighing(220 ± 20) g, one half of male and female.They were divided into normal group, model group and TFBL group at random and ten in each group.The hyperlipidemia model of rats was induced by high lipid diet and orally treated with TFBL for 12 W at the dosage of 0.3 g/kg per day.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:The effect of TFBL on serum thromboxaneB2, 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-keto-PGF1α), nitric oxide, endothelin, angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) and plasma rennin activity in serum with hyperlipidemia were determined.RESULTS:Serum Ang Ⅱ, endothelin and thromboxaneB2 levels in the TFBL group in rats with hyperlipidemia[(102.0±64.5), (35.6±9.1),(1775.3±318.2) ng/L] were obviously lower than those in the model group[(164.2±34.0), (48.5±11.8), (2216.8±442.3) ng/L] (t=2.582-2.722, P < 0.05); but the levels of 6-keto-PGF1α and nitric oxide were higher than those in the model group( t = 2.582, P < 0.05; 4.989, P <0.01).CONCLUSION:TFBL has the effect of regulating vasoactive substances.关键词
