摘要

Abstract

Heat resisting aluminum alloy pipes with the dimension of outer dia/inner dia×length = 300 mm/150 mm×500 mm were prepared by multi-layer spray deposition(MLSD) technology. The microstructures and the mechanical prop-erties at different process stages were tested and analyzed. No other dispersion but Al12(Fe,V)3Si exists in a-A1 matrix.The billet′s ultra strength was increased from 210 MPa to 456 MPa at room temperature and from 111 MPa to 184 MPa at350℃ after extrusion. After consequence latching, the pipe′s properties decrease a little at room temperature and rema-ins unchanged at 350℃. After 3 hours annealing at 425 C, only properties at room temperature have changed, whichshows the pipe billets have excellent mechanical property and MLSD is a good way to prepare heat resisting Al alloy.
