摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate an ideal therapeutic method for ocular chemical burns. Methods 36 New Zealand white rabbits with eyes of hydrochioric acid burn or alkali burn were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The eyes in experiment group were treated by irradiated drug containing Xeno - Cornea. Control group received routine therapy. 34 cases (52 eyes)with ocular chemical burns were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The eyes were treated as animal group. Results The study showed that the rate of ocular infection, cornea ulcer and perforation in experiment group were obviously lower than those in control group (P＜0.05). Clinical study showed that the cure rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group(P＜0.05) . Conclusion Being an ideal biological dressing materals, irradiated drug - containing xeno - cornea had well therapeutic effect on ocular chemical burns.关键词
