Abstract
Objective To explore the treatment method on lung cancer withpleural effusion.Method The multi therapy of operation,thermotherapy and chemotherapy were used to treat 62 cases of Lung cancer with pleural effusion.During operation the pleura was immersed in the hypoisotnic solution of Cisplatin(1μg/ml)for 30 to 45 minutes at 43℃ to 45℃.Then Mitomycin and 5-Floxuridine were retained in the thoracic cavity a period of chemotherapy were applied one month after operation.Results Postoperative complications occurred in 10 cases.One patient died.The symptom alleviated rate was above 94%,The three-year、five-year survival rate was 25.8% and 9.7% respectively.Conclusion The multi therapy of operation,thermotherapy and chemotherapy is a reasonable and ideal active treatment of lung cancer with pleural offusion.It obviously improved the survival rate and survival quality.关键词
