摘要
Abstract
A method for the determination quantity of cocomut oil diethanolamide by reversedphase high performance liquid chromatgraphy is presented. The cocomut oil diethanolamide was separated in a bondapak C18 cartridge by using V (CH3OH) :V(H2O)= 90:10 as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and detection of was performed with UV detector at 210nm. Quantification of cocomut oil diethanolamide was carride out by measuring peak area and comparing with external standard. That method of a rate of retrieve is 101.3% ,variation a coefficient is 1.8 %. The method is simple ,rapid and satisfactory.关键词
