Abstract
In designing wave_plate, the problem of inherent discrepancy of birefingent dispersion relations of mica is difficult to resolve. In this paper, the authors present a precisive measuring method for birefingence different from traditional resolution, by which they can determine phase retardation of any sample at any wavelength directly from single wavelength measuring instead of multi_wavelenth measuring. This fast and simpler measuring method can be used in mass production of waveplates.关键词
