Study of the Image Compression Characteristics of Small Targets
摘要
Abstract
Because of the special property and importance of small targets,there are specific charcateristics on their image compression and evaluation.In this paper,the authors present the existing problems of general image compression,and then discuss the specific characteristics of the evaluation standards of image compression and propose the relevant evaluation criteria.As for existing problems,special methods are adopted and good results are obtained.关键词
