ML4423是一种能产生单／三相PWM波的变频专用芯片，采用其构成的变频系统具有低成本、电路简单、控制性能优良及可靠性高等特点。本文详细地分析了ML4423的功能结构、应用参数的计算方法，并给出一种具体的应用电路及保护电路。
ML4423 is a 2/3 phase PWM generator. The inverter controlled by ML4423 has some good characteristics,such as simple application circuit,high control performance and high reliability etc. The structure of ML4423, the algorithm of the application parameters and the specific application and protect circuits are introduced in this paper.
