摘要

Abstract

The evaluation of loss caused by earth-rock dam break involves in many geographical spatial objects, and its influencing factors are manifold and complex. Therefore, the evaluation model of loss caused by earth-rock dam break the model was established based on GIS spatial information grid combined with support vector machine. The GIS spatial information grid model was used to organize and manage the number of spatial information data. Support vector machine was used to evaluate loss-of-life rate caused by dam break. The evaluation system of loss caused by earth dam break is established based on evaluation model. Application showed that the method has high accuracy and good effect in rapid evaluation of loss caused by earth-rock dam break, which can provide reference for the dam risk management, disaster prevention and mitigation, and aid decisien-making.
