A Production Planning Model for Small Batch Process with Varieties of Types
摘要
Abstract
A system model is introduced for production management with characteristics of small batch process for each of varieties of products in some enterprises. First of all, an annual planning model of production is constructed by using linear goal programming method. Then, an experience formula of determining the latest starting time is put forward through considering the real situation of the production. At last, the AHP method is used to decide the priority cceflicients for parts processing in production scheduling problem.关键词
