摘要

Abstract

High voltage electrostatic field can make the activity o fcatalase rise and decrease in different electric field strength.After the cata lase coped with high voltage electrostatic field is whisked,its activity can ult imately furbish.At 20℃ and 3×103V/cm,the activity of catalase in high v oltage electrostatic field can keep for 6 days,and the C.K 3 days, at 30℃ and s ame eletric strength,for 48 hours,and C.K for 24 hours.The activity of catalase coped with high voltage electrostatic field can keep longer time than C.K. The r esult shows that the mechanism is probably that the high voltage electrostatic f ield polarizes the catalase solution.
