Effect of sinter and heat treatment of inorganic coating on the microstructures and properties of GH2O2 superalloy
摘要
Abstract
The effect of coating sintering and heat trealment on the microstructures and properties of the super-alloyGH202 has been investigated. The mechanical properties are measured. The microstructures and tensile fracture havebeen analyzed. The results show that the alloy is transformed into a free grain size and the strengthening phase γ is dis-persed. After the alloy is treated at 1 150℃ for 5 h, the coating is sintered and finally the alloy is heated at 850℃ for6 h. The tensile strength and elongation are increased and its tensile fracture is ductile failure.关键词
