摘要

Abstract

The effect of coating sintering and heat trealment on the microstructures and properties of the super-alloyGH202 has been investigated. The mechanical properties are measured. The microstructures and tensile fracture havebeen analyzed. The results show that the alloy is transformed into a free grain size and the strengthening phase γ is dis-persed. After the alloy is treated at 1 150℃ for 5 h, the coating is sintered and finally the alloy is heated at 850℃ for6 h. The tensile strength and elongation are increased and its tensile fracture is ductile failure.
