Fracture Analysis of Flexible Shaft of Engine Starter-generator
摘要
Abstract
The flexible shaft of engine starter-generator was analyzed through hardness test, fracture analysis and metallography examination. The results showed that the fracture mode of the flexible shaft was torsion fatigue.The iterative impact load which was mainly due to the flexible shaft cone and bush cone cooperate become flexible was the key factor. The stress lever of striking angle was more increased because of keyslot configuration and machining quality which accelerate initiation of crack.关键词
