摘要
Abstract
To determine the pathogen of the infection outbreak in Shen Zhen and He bei at gene level with molecular biological technique, and to establish a rapid identification method of M. chelonae subsp. abscessus by dot blot. We designed a oligonucleitide probe and the sensitivity and specificity of the probe were studied. The results showed: the sensitivity of the probe detecting PCR products was 1ng. Only M. chelonae subsp. abscessus was hybridization with the probe, the positive rate of the probe detecting clinical specimen was 66.6%.关键词
