胶体金免疫层析法测定HBsAg同时判定HBeAg结果OA
Detection of HBsAg and simultaneous Judgement of HBeAg with Gold Immunochromatography Assay
目的 在金标HBsAg测定的商品试纸条上，尝试一种可同时获得HBsAg和HBeAg两项检验结果的方法。方法 收集400份乙肝患者血清标本，采用四种商品金标HBsAg检测试纸条在检测HBsAg的同时，根据阳性反应和对照两条色带特异变化直接判定是否存在HBeAg，并与EIA“两对半”测定结果进行比较。结果 HBeAg检出率为99.2%，符合率为96.7%。结论 采用一种HBsAg金标试纸既可进行HBsAg的急诊检验，又能立即判定HBeAg的结果…查看全部>>
Objective By observing specific changes happening to the positiveand control bands, simultaneous detection of HBsAg and HBeAg was completed with colloidal gold-based commercial strips for HBsAg.
