Detection of HBsAg and simultaneous Judgement of HBeAg with Gold Immunochromatography Assay
摘要
Abstract
Objective By observing specific changes happening to the positiveand control bands, simultaneous detection of HBsAg and HBeAg was completed with colloidal gold-based commercial strips for HBsAg. Mothods Four types of such strip were employed to detect HBsAg and judge whether there was HBeAg in 400 sera from patients with hepatitis B.Results from the strip teats were comepared with those of enzyme immunoassays.Results The sensitivity of HBeAg detection was 99.2% with a speci ficity of 96.7%.Conclusion The gold immunochromatography assay strip for HBsAg can also be used to judge immediately HBeAg while fulfill ing emergent examination of HBsAg.This method is simple,rapid,economical and rel iable.关键词
