Application of DAF Colorimetric Assay to Detecting Complement-dependent Cytotoxicity in Serum
摘要
Abstract
In this paper we described a reliable,sensitive,safe,enviroment-friendly and easy way to assess complement-dependent cytotoxicity in serum.The assay was based on the quantitation of hemoglobin released from lysed erythrocytes by complement-mediated hemolysis indirectly,through the generation of fluorene blue,a compound formed 2,7-diaminofluorene(DAF) in an enzymatic reaction catalyzed by hemoglobin molecule.This assay can also applicate to complement fixation test.关键词
