乙型肝炎病毒携带孕妇外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平分析
Analysis of the level of T lymphocytes subgroup in the peripheral blood of the gravida with hepatitis B virus

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of chronic hepatitis B virus carrier on cellular immune function in pregnant women.Methods Twenty-six cases of pregnant women with hepatitis B virus carrier were selected as a research group while twenty-one cases of normal pregnant women were selected as a control group.Then,the flow cytometry was used to detect the level of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the peripheral blood of the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in CD3+,、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+ level(P＞0.05).Conclusions The chronic hepatitis B virus carrier has no significant effect on cellular immune of pregnant women.关键词
