银基钎料钎焊单层金刚石砂轮的研究
Silver-based Alloy Brazed Single-Layer Diamond Grinding Wheel
摘要
Abstract
This paper introduced the advantages of brazed monolayer superabrasive grinding wheel. This new kind of wheel is expected to replace the traditional electroplated grinding wheel in the future due to its excellent performances. The bonding between steel substrate and diamond was performed by induction brazing under controlled temperature and time. The filled intermediate layer materials are reactive metal Cr powder and Ag-Cu alloy foil. The results show that a chromium carbide film has been formed on the interface between the diamond and the filled intermediate layer, also ( Fex Cry ) C between the steel substrate surface and the filled intermediate layer. It can be considered that metallurgical bending is formed on the interface between diamond-interme-diate. Finally, grinding experimental research proved that such brazed
wheel has better retention to diamond grits.关键词
