摘要

Abstract

A practical multi-channel trgger with high precision is designed.The counted time keeping pulses are produced. The time-delay pulses were magnified by the power-amplified circuit. The time-delay circuit and the power-amplified circuit are coupled and separated by the phototransixors. The device is small and the delay time is easily adjusted. The delay was adjustable ranging from 0 to 100ms with precision of 1μs and 10μs for the trigger action. The device has been used in our hydrogen plasma generation experiment successfully, it was reliable with good stability.
