Determination fo DNA by spectrophotomety with crystal violet
摘要
Abstract
An analytical method fo rthe determination of DNA was established by spectrophotometry ,based on the decrease of absorbance at maximum absorption wavelength for crystal violet (589nm)with addition of calf thymus DNA The degree of decrease of the absorbance is linear with the amount of DNA The determination conditions were optimized The detection limit of 19.5ug/L adn linear range of 0~5mg/L for the method were found The method is simple ,rapid and selective ,and selective ,and was applied to analysis synthetic sampe with satisfactory关键词
