Abstract
Objective:To clone the gene of chicken interfero n(IFN) from splenocytes of Newcastle disease virus(NDV)-La Sota vaccinated chic kens which then injected with NDV-F48E9 strain.Methods:Th e techniques of RT-PCR,convenient ligation,transformation and sequencing were u sed.Results:The sequence of cloned gene was just the same as the published chicken embry cells IFN.Conclusion:The chicken embry cells IFN mRNA was expressed in splenocytes of Newcastle disease virus(NDV)-La Sota vaccinated chickens whic h then injected with NDV-F48E9 strain.关键词
