摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of nitrendipine alone with combination of bydrochlorothiazide and nitrendipine in small dosage on essential hypertension.Methods:60 cases with essential hypertension were divided inObjective:To two groups randomly.The observation group Objective:Took the combination of hydroohlorothiazide and nitrendipine in small dosage every day for six weeks.The control group Objective:Took nitrendipine alone every day for six weeks.Results:The efficiency in the observation group was 93.3%.And the efficiency in the control group was 70%.It was significantly better than routine treatment(P＜0.01).Conclusions: It is safe and effective Objective:To treat essential hypertension by hydrochlorothiazide and nitrendipine Objective:Together in small dosage.关键词
