摘要

Abstract

An experiment of nutrient solution culture was conducted to study the effect of acid rain on root of soybean. The results demonstrated that the root growth was inhabited and physiological function was harmed by acid rain (pH 3.0) respectively. A solution of La- Gly at 30 mg· L- 1 was used to soak soybean seed and it was discovered that the treatment could reduce stress effect of acid rain. The physiological analysis also showed that the effect was related to the role of La- Gly, which could keep stability of cell membrane and protecting enzymes (CAT, POD), decrease malondialdehyde content, raise root vigor and improve the root growth of soybean seedlings.
