Abstract
Long-term and large-scale and high-density animal cell culture is critical in biopharmaceutical industry. A recombinant Chinese hamster ovary cell line which secrets prourokinase Pro-UK was cultivated continuously on porous microcarriers in pilot-scale bioreactors. The methods of long-term and large-scale animal cell culture were introduced in this paper.关键词
