摘要
Abstract
A determination method of ethylene thiourea (ETU) residue inwatermelon,watermelon leaf and soil by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPIC) has been established.The average recovery efficiency of the method varies from 83.2% to 90.7% and the variation coefficient is less than 12.5% when the samples are spiked at 0.05-10.0 mg/kg.The minimum detectable concentration of ETU in the samples of watermelon,watermelon leaf and soil is 0.02 mg/kg.The method is characterized by low toxicity of the used solvent,higher sensitivity and accuracy.The satisfactory results have been obtained in the application of the method to determine ETU residue in watermelon,watermelon leaf and soil.关键词
