干旱胁迫下不同水稻品种相关生理生化特性比较
Comparison on physio-biochemical characteristics of different rice varieties under drought stress

Abstract
To study the effects of drought stress on the protective enzymes and electrical conductance (EC) in leaves of different rice varieties, four rice cultivars including two drought tolerant hybrids Hanyou 3 and Peizaguihan 1, and two conventional hybrids (the controls) Qiuyougui 99 and Qiuyou 1025, were planted in pot and were stopped watering for drought stress after booting stage of rice. The results showed that activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalse (CAT), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the EC of four rice cultivars increased continuously under drought stress. The protective enzyme indexes of drought tolerant rice cultivars were significantly higher than those of conventional rice cultivars, but the EC were lower with the aggravation of drought stress. It indicated that drought tolerant rice cultivars had relatively higher ability of osmotic adjustment and antioxidation ability as compared with the conventional ones, and had stronger adaptation ability under drought stress.关键词
