Abstract
The mechanism, structural characteristics and optical properties of proton-exchanged LiNbO3 optical waveguide have been reviewed completely and systematically. The optical features of proton-exchanged doped LiN bO 3 waveguides were also described and compared with those of congruent LiNbO3 waveguides.关键词
