唇和舌鳞状细胞癌临床病理因素差异性分析
Clinical pathological difference between squamous cell carcinoma of lip and tongue
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical pathological difference between squamous cell carcino ma of lip and tongue. Methods fifty squamous cell carcinoma of lip was compared with 26 squa mous cell carcinoma of tongue, and the difference and the similarity were showed at the same time,Results There was no statistical difference in tumor size, differentiation, pathological karyokinesis between squamous cell carcinoma of lip and of tongue. There were statistical differences in tumor thickness and capillary. Tumor thickness and pathological karyokinesis were related to recur and metastases. Conclusion It is easy to recur and metastases when tumor thickness is larger than 5. 1mm and 6.5mm in squamous cell carcinoma of lip and squamous cell carcinoma of tongue respec tively. Secondly, It is easy to recur and metastases in squamous cell carcinoma of lip when the number of pathological karyokinesis is more than 2, and cervical lymph node metastases would happen when the number of pathological karyokinesis is more than 3. Thirdly, the number of pathological karyokinesis is not corresponded with lymph node metastases in squamous cell carcinoma of tongue. But recurrent and metastases would take place when the number of pathological karyokinesis is more than 2.关键词
